John Player Special Split Car Campaign

BWM commissioned me to create this split car for a John Player Special campaign. They originally had a photographer visit the wreckers and have a car cut in half to provide me with images of actual car internals, struts etc to strip into the retouching. The result didn’t really work as the client wanted the car to look as if it was cut with a laser. So I ended up creating the laser-cut look from scratch within photoshop as well as much of the car interior. The F1 inside also had to be rebranded and repainted.
